XpertHR is conducting a pay forecasting survey to gauge employers' pay intentions over the coming months, and invites you to take part. The survey includes questions about your organisation's most recent, and next, pay award, as well as how you manage your paybill costs.

Completing this brief survey will entitle you to:
- a complimentary copy of our findings, providing valuable benchmarking data for your next pay award, as soon as it is published; and
- a free copy of XpertHR's guide on "How to conduct a pay review".
In addition, all respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of four £250 prizes.

Prize draw terms and conditions: Respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into the prize draw, which will take place w/c 20 July 2015. The closing date for entry is 30 June. There are four prizes of £250 each and the winners will be notified by email during w/c 20 July 2015.
