Take part in our pay forecasts for 2018/19 survey
XpertHR is conducting a pay forecasting survey to gauge private-sector employers' pay intentions over the coming year, and would like to invite you to take part.
In exchange for completing this survey, you will receive:
- a free copy of our findings, providing valuable benchmarking data for your next pay award, once we have completed our analysis; and
- a complimentary copy of the XpertHR "how to" guide on measuring and reporting a gender pay gap, emailed to you on completion of the survey.
In addition, respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of four £250 prizes.

Prize draw terms and conditions: The closing date for the prize draw is 30 June 2018. All those respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into the draw, which will take place in w/c 16 July 2018. There are four prizes of £250 each and the winners will be notified by email during w/c 16 July 2018.
