Take part in our survey on managing a phased return to work

One of the key tools to successfully managing an employee's return to work after long-term sickness absence is a phased return to work. This can be a complex process involving key stakeholders, including HR and occupational health.

This latest XpertHR research explores the steps involved in managing a phased return to work, who is involved and how it works in practice.

Taking part in our managing phased return to work survey will entitle you to:

  • a complimentary copy of the summary report of our findings, as soon as it is published; and
  • a free copy of the XpertHR 2014 absence management training report, emailed to you on completion of the survey.

In addition, all those respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of two £500 prizes.
