statement of their general policy setting out their intentions, approach and
objectives for improving health and safety, and the arrangements that they

8.300 Under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974,
section 2(3) and the Employers' Health and Safety Policy Statements (Exception)
Regulations 1975 employers with five or more employees are required to prepare a
