- Employers with five or more employees are required to prepare a written
statement of their general policy setting out their intentions, approach and
objectives for improving health and safety, and the arrangements that they

Under s.2(3) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and the
Employers' Health and Safety Policy Statements (Exception) Regulations 1975 (SI
1975/1584) employers with five or more employees are required to prepare a
written statement of their general policy setting out their intentions, approach
and objectives for improving health and safety, and the arrangements that they
have in force for achieving their objectives. |
