Summary
- Every employer is required to ensure that its employees are provided with
such health surveillance as is appropriate having regard to the risks to their
health and safety that are identified by risk assessment. (See Health surveillance)
- Employers must establish, and where necessary give effect to, procedures
for any worker to follow if situations presenting serious and imminent danger
arise. (See Procedures

- Employers must provide their employees with comprehensible and relevant
information on the risks to their health and safety, control measures,
procedures for serious and imminent danger and danger areas and the identity
of fire wardens and other staff nominated to help if there is an
