Note: Employee Training Rights 2011: The number of organisations at which any employees brought tribunal claims regarding responses to study or training requests, May 2011. Since 6 April 2010, employees in organisations with at least 250 employees have a statutory right to make a request in relation to study or training and are entitled to a meeting with their employer to discuss the request.
