Employee Training Rights 2011
The 2011 XpertHR benchmarking survey of employee training rights looks at the impact of the recently-introduced employee right to make requests in relation to training and examines how employers deal with requests for help with learning. The survey is based on responses from 87 organisations with a combined workforce of 158,853 employees.
