HR Careers 2011/2012
The 2011 XpertHR benchmarking survey of HR careers, looking at: HR career structures; qualifications and educational background of HR professionals; HR professionals' membership of professional organisations; factors influencing HR careers; managing and advancing HR careers; and HR career prospects. The survey was conducted in August 2011 and is based on responses from 668 HR professionals representing organisations with a total combined workforce of 3,705,220 employees.
