National Living Wage 2017
The 2017 XpertHR survey on the impact of the national living wage. The national living wage was introduced on 1 April 2016 at a rate of £7.20 an hour for workers aged 25 and over. It will increase to £7.50 an hour from 1 April 2017. The survey is based on responses from 212 organisations with a combined workforce of 541,340 employees.
