How much does a subscription cost?
Subscription rates to XpertHR job pricing are based on individual job families (eg IT staff, HR/personnel staff, financial staff, sales and marketing staff etc).

Where does the data come from?
The XpertHR job pricing service is powered by data from CELRE which joined the XpertHR group in April 2008. It quickly established the market leading IT staff salary survey, but has since extended its expertise into all core business functions including HR, finance, sales and marketing etc. It also carries out a number of specialist sector surveys and club surveys.

What does participation involve?
Participation is a key part of a subscription to job pricing. The more companies that participate the more useful the data is and by participating you enjoy significant added benefits such as matching search results against market norms.

We aim to make participation as straight forward as possible.

When you participate, we provide you with:

  • a short questionnaire to supply information about your organisation; and
  • a standard spreadsheet for you to submit salary data for each employee.

Participants match each post against standard criteria on job levels and job functions using our easy-to-follow guidance booklet. Further help with this is available by telephone or through a personal visit if required, although most participants find this is not necessary.

When you participate in subsequent surveys, we will send you your most recent data to update, saving you time and effort.
