In Mingo v Kent County Council an Ashford employment tribunal (Chair: D E de Saxe) holds that a local authority discriminated against a cook on grounds of disability by dismissing him following injury to his back and by failing to make reasonable adjustments. It also attacks the council's redeployment scheme as "institutional discrimination".
