Okonfo v Krisp Clothing Co plc [1995] IT/63032/93 (0 other reports)

In Okonfo v Krisp Clothing Co plc a London North industrial tribunal (Chair: P R K Menon) rules that a black shop manager who did not "fit in" with the rest of the employer's senior management, who were all white, was dismissed on grounds of race. In the tribunal's view, having "appointed a black manager as an experiment, the respondent came to the conclusion that the experiment had failed".
