    In Bone v Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland the Northern Ireland Court of Appeal has reversed a ruling by the Fair Employment Tribunal in a religious discrimination case that planning permission is a "qualification" for employment of a builder and that a denial of planning permission can be challenged on the basis that it was on grounds of religious belief or political opinion.
