    In Buckle and Mitchell v Brook Daihatsu, upholding their race discrimination claim, a Leeds employment tribunal (Chair: J M Q Hepworth) finds that two black employees had suffered detriment as a result of racist comments made to one of them and by being continued to be called "Sooty and Sweep" by their colleagues after they made it clear that the nicknames were unwelcome.
