    In Chief Constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary v Sergeant A the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland rules that the Fair Employment Tribunal erred in finding that the RUC discriminated against a Catholic officer on grounds of religious belief when it suspended him following an allegation of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
