    In two recent cases, Boal and another v Gullick Dobson Ltd and Eaton Ltd v King and others the EAT holds that the employers, whose redundancy selection procedures were based on assessment of individual employees under various criteria, did not act unreasonably in refusing to disclose to employees details of the marks awarded.
