    In Hasley v Fair Employment Agency (10.11.88) EOR25D, the Northern Ireland Court of Appeal rules that statutory bodies corporate are not "companies" and therefore do not fall within the definition of "associated employer" so as to entitle an equal value complainant to compare herself with an employee employed by another employer.
