In Headley and others v Copygraphic Ltd a Reading industrial tribunal (Chair: J G Hollow) awards compensation of up to £22,000, including aggravated damages, to four female warehouse workers who were unlawfully discriminated against when they were dismissed for refusing to change their shift hours because of their childcare responsibilities.
