    In Murphy v Sec Ltd a London North employment tribunal (Chair: C A Carstairs) rules that the dismissal of a woman who failed to work additional hours on request was unlawful. The reason she did not do the hours requested was because she was fatigued because of her disability - hypogammaglobulinaemia.
