However, the Employment Appeal Tribunal has subsequently held that regular non-guaranteed overtime should be included in holiday pay calculations (Bear Scotland Ltd v Fulton and another; Hertel (UK) Ltd v Wood and others; Amec Group Ltd v Law and others EATS/0047/13, EAT/0160/14 & EAT/0161/14).
