Onu v Akwiwu and another [2013] IRLR 523 EAT
The Court of Appeal has now confirmed in
Jessemey v Rowstock Ltd and another [2014] EWCA Civ 185 CA
that the Equality Act 2010 can be interpreted to cover post-employment victimisation.
