In Ridley v Severn NHS Trust a Bristol industrial tribunal (Chair: J H Croom-Johnson) found that an employer had failed in its duty to make reasonable adjustments when it dismissed an employee following an 18-month period of sickness absence after she had suffered a leg injury.
