In (1) SOS Kinderdorf International (2) SOS Children's Village Ltd v Bittaye, the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council holds that the dismissal of an employee who improperly lent funds held by his employer for a charity's purposes to a friend of his was not wrongful. That was a gross breach of trust, which justified the dismissal.
