In Stubbs v (1) Chief Constable of Lincolnshire Police and (2) Walker  ET/38395/96, the employment tribunal awarded £182,246 compensation, plus interest, for sexual harassment and discrimination, including £15,000 for injury to health and £26,500 for injury to feelings. The sexual harassment included two incidents that occurred in pubs after work and were held to have occurred in the course of employment.
