    In Tower Hamlets Racial Equality Council v Clements the EAT has allowed an appeal against an industrial tribunal's finding that the appellants discriminated against a man of Afro-Caribbean origin by dismissing him and replacing him with someone of Asian origin following pressure from the Commission for Racial Equality.
