In Garbett and others v Sierotko a Manchester employment tribunal (Chair: J R Beaumont) upholds the claims of three female shop workers that their male employer had sexually harassed them by secretly videoing their use of the shop's toilet for his own sexual gratification.

The applicants were all employed as assistants at a baker's shop owned by Stephen Sierotko.
