In Bridges v SITA (GB) Ltd a London South employment tribunal (Chair: N A Halton) awards compensation of £15,000 for injury to feelings to an employee with cerebral palsy who was dismissed two days after he commenced employment.

Mr Bridges has had cerebral palsy since birth, which has resulted in some loss of mobility throughout his life.
