In Thomas v (1) Norstar Installations Ltd and (2) Architectural Glazing Specialists Ltd a Sheffield employment tribunal (Chair: D P Burton) which found the employer "cocked a snook at everybody", awards almost £19,500 compensation, including £6,500 for injury to feelings and aggravated damages, to a black window installer who was dismissed on grounds of race.
