A female sales representative who resigned rather than continue to be sexually harassed by her sales manager, who frequently exposed his penis to her, and by her sales director, who endorsed the manager's conduct by exposing his penis to her when she complained, was unlawfully discriminated against on grounds of sex, holds a Stratford employment tribunal (Chair: B A Lang) in Bloomfield v Quadrant Stationery.

Mrs Bloomfield was one of a team of female telephone sales representatives employed by Quadrant Stationery in its sales office.
