In Ishiguro v Financial Times Ltd a London South employment tribunal (Chair: R Peters) rules that neither upper limb disorder nor stress is a physical or mental impairment and therefore is not a disability for the purposes of the Disability Discrimination Act.

Ms Ishiguro complained that her employer had discriminated against her on grounds of disability.
