Retroactive pension scheme entrants must pay contributions

In Fisscher v Voorhuis Hengelo BV (28 September 1994) EOR58C, the European Court of Justice rules that a worker who successfully claims to join an occupational pension scheme retroactively must also pay any employee contributions relating to the period of membership concerned.
