In University of Huddersfield v Wolff 25.09.03 EAT/0596/02/SM, the EAT holds that, when deciding sex discrimination claims, employment tribunals must take care to make sufficient findings of fact, and to explain the reasons for their conclusions, before any decision reached on the question of discrimination will be legitimate.
