In Chief Constable of the Kent Constabulary v Kufeji the EAT has upheld a finding that a postcard sent by a work colleague to a black police officer of Nigerian origin, which depicted a group of bare-breasted black women, amounted to unlawful racial harassment.

The postcard was sent by Jimi Kufeji's colleague, PC Spearpoint, from South Africa.
