An IT company was not justified in requiring a product manager to work full time and fully flexibly, holds a London South employment tribunal (Chair: J Wade) in Manning v Wick Hill Ltd.

Mrs Manning was responsible for managing the product revenues and margin for her product range, revenue targets, sales support, training and "above all, driving the products into the marketplace by acting as a product champion", and having close liaison with vendors.
