These cases examine various issues arising in employment tribunals under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) (the TUPE Regulations), including service provision changes; collective consultation; an employee's objection to the transfer; and a substantial and detrimental change to working conditions. Although the decisions are not binding on other tribunals, they provide useful illustrations of how TUPE transfers have resulted in employers facing tribunal claims.
