In Tudor v Spen Corner Veterinary Centre Ltd and another [2006] ET/2404211/05, the employment tribunal has held that an employee was directly discriminated against on the grounds of disability when she was dismissed after becoming blind because of a stroke.

Ms Tudor suffered a stroke that resulted in blindness.
