In Dunnachie 30.7.03 EAT/0848/02 & Drage 30.7.03 EAT/1036/02, the EAT holds that the Ogden Tables should be used for assessing future losses in unfair dismissal claims only in very limited circumstances, when a prima facie case of career-long loss can be made out.
