"Week's pay"must be calculated subject to minimum wage

In assessing an unfairly dismissed employee's basic and compensatory awards, an employment tribunal erred in law in calculating a "week's pay" by reference to the employee's actual pay, notwithstanding that this was less than the national minimum wage, holds the EAT in Paggetti v Cobb 22.3.02 EAT 136/01.
