Age discrimination pension scheme provisions in Northern Ireland come into force
Implementation date: 1 December 2006
Implementation of the pension scheme provisions of
the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 has been
delayed until 1 December 2006. The Regulations can be
viewed on the OPSI website.
