Apprenticeships (Issue of Apprenticeship Certificates) (Wales) Regulations 2013 come into force
Implementation date: 23 June 2013
The Regulations prescribe the manner of applying for an apprenticeship certificate under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 and authorise the Welsh certifying authority to charge fees for the cost of issuing and supplying a copy of an apprenticeship certificate.
