Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) (Amendment) Order 2012 comes into force

Implementation date: 21 July 2012

The Order amends the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011 (SI 2011/517), which establishes a scheme for paying benefits to, or in respect of, a person for injury, illness or death caused wholly or partly by service in the armed forces or reserve forces. The Order can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
