Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (Transitional Provision) Order 2005 comes into force

The Order brings into force the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004, Schedule 1 paragraphs 3 and 4 to change the route of appeal against decisions of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal. The right of appeal will be to a Social Security Commissioner rather than to the High Court. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
