Control of Artificial Optical Radiation at Work Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 come into force
Implementation date: 14 June 2010
The Regulations impose duties on employers to protect employees and other persons at work who may be at risk of exposure to artificial optical radiation. The Regulations make corresponding provision to Regulations made in Great Britain. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
