Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Pensions) Regulations 2003 come into force
Implementation date: 24 September 2004
The Regulations
amend the Disability
Discrimination Act 1995
to outlaw discrimination on the grounds of disability by trustees and managers
of occupational pension schemes. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
