Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 come into force
Implementation date: 28 February 2005
The Regulations amend the Employers' Liability
(Compulsory Insurance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 to exempt an employer
which is a company that has only one employee and that employee owns 50% or more
of the issued share capital in that company from the requirement to take out
employers' liability insurance. The Regulations also exempt the Northern Ireland
Legal Services Commission. The
