Employment Act 2002 (Commencement No 7) Order 2004 comes into force

The Order brings into force parts of the Employment Act 2002, schedule 7 and section 53. These parts of the Employment Act 2002 make minor and consequential amendments to other legislation and relate to the new employment tribunal rules of procedures. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
