Employment Act 2002 (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 2004 come into force

Implementation date: 26 September 2004

The Regulations require employers to develop and make available to employees minimum statutory procedures for resolving grievances and dealing with allegations of misconduct and poor performance in the workplace. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
