Employment Relations Act 1999, paragraph 7 of Schedule 7 comes into force

The paragraph in Schedule 7 amends the Employment Agencies Act 1973, section 13(2) (definition of employment agency). The paragraph comes into force through the Employment Relations Act 1999 (Commencement No 9) Order 2003. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
