Employment Relations Act 1999, sections 10-15 come into force

Implementation date: 4 September 2000

The Act introduces a right for workers to be accompanied in grievance and disciplinary hearings. The right to be accompanied applies where the worker was required or invited to attend the hearing on or after 4 September 2000. Sections 10-15 can be viewed on the OPSI website.
