Equality Act 2010 (Specification of Relevant Welsh Authorities) Order 2011 comes into force
Implementation date: 4 April 2011
The Order extends the list of Welsh public authorities that are subject to the public sector equality duty under s.149 of the Equality Act 2010 and the specific duties under the draft Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011.
